The tour highlights our kitchens in action – from artisanal preparation to large-scale production – demonstrating the quality, efficiency and innovation that define our service.

Bar Presentation/Lounge Activation

3:30 p.m.-4:00 p.m.

Enjoy a curated bar presentation featuring a signature cocktail and mocktail, complemented by a selection of business-class wines accompanied with light snacks.

The Fromage Sans Frontières pop-up brings a playful yet refined tasting experience to life, with a roaming trolley and curated tasting cards to guide the journey. Guests will explore unique cheese pairings – from Fourme d’Ambert with cold brew and caramel to Mimolette with sparkling cider and apple chips – each designed to surprise and delight the palate.

First-Class Service

4:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m.

This tasting offers an elevated culinary journey with a plated amuse-bouche followed by exquisite appetizers, refined mains and delicate desserts – all presented with wine pairings. Guests will experience the full elegance of firs-class dining, complete with Bernardaud show plates, curated smallwares and a setting designed to reflect the sophistication of service at altitude.
